Founder

Dr Sławomir Janiszewski

Managing Partner

Sławomir Janiszewski is the founder and Managing Partner of Equinox Capital. He has over 25 years of business experience, having worked as a Partner at PWC, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. In 2014, utilizing his extensive experience, he established Equinox Capital, a fund aimed at real estate investments.

Educational Background: Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking as well as the Faculty of Marketing and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), distinguished as a „Top Ten Student.”, MBA from Manchester Business School, PhD in Management Science specializing in negotiation, earned at the Warsaw University of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Witold Orłowski. Participant in numerous training programs, including those at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and the Institute of Finance in New York.

Since 2002, he holds British qualifications as a Certified Auditor (ACCA).
